The Board of Directors is the Company's organ that is authorized and fully responsible for the management of the Company in realizing the Company's vision and mission in accordance with the articles of association and the mandate of the shareholders and stakeholders. The Board of Directors also has the authority to regulate the running of the Company, take actions and policies deemed necessary to ensure the smooth operation of the Company by taking into account the aspects of efficiency and effectiveness. However, to make strategic decisions, the Board of Directors requires the approval of the GMS in consultation with the Board of Commissioners.
